Positive: La proximité de tout, l’accueil et la réactivité du personnel, tant sur place que via le numéro de téléphone!
Negative: Le fait de devoir monter toute la Coline avec nos grosse valise. Il faudrai prévoir un véhicule pouvant monter (à l’arrivée) et descendre (au départ) les valises des clients.
Nous étions 2 avec 5 valises et cela était très compliqué.

Positive: Séjour très agréable. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et notre demande a été prise en compte rapidement, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
La localisation de l’hôtel est parfaite, idéale pour se déplacer facilement.

Positive: La ubicación, la comodidad, la decoración, la atención de Marcel que nos recibió y del taxista que nos buscó. Muy atentos y bien predispuestos a ayudarnos.
